Shipping Policy - CLG Discount Store

At CLG Discount Store, we aim to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping for all our customers. Please review the following shipping policies to better understand our process, expectations, and your rights as a customer.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your orders:

1. Standard Ground Shipping:
   Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the United States, depending on the shipping destination.

2. Freight Shipping (LTL and FTL):
   For larger orders, we offer Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) freight options. Delivery time varies based on order size and shipping destination. A liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee.

3. International Shipping:
   We ship internationally, but all customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international shipments vary by location and carrier. Please check with local customs offices for more information regarding applicable duties and taxes.

4. Local Pickup:
   Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our warehouse located in 2505 Viceroy dr, Unit B Winston Salem, NC 27103. You can arrange a pickup during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Rates will be displayed at checkout for standard shipments. Freight shipping rates will be provided after the order is placed, based on delivery requirements and location. For international orders, rates vary based on the carrier and customs fees.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
• Freight shipping orders may take up to 10 business days depending on the destination.
• International orders can take between 10-21 business days, depending on customs processing and shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• CLG Discount Store reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain locations or customers due to legal restrictions or excessive shipping costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please do the following:

1. Document the damage with photos.
2. Do not accept the package if the damage is visible upon delivery.
3. Contact us within 48 hours to report the damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

For lost or stolen packages, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with tracking and recovery of the package. CLG Discount Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be assessed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping charges at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. CLG Discount Store is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred.

Return to Sender

In the event that a package is returned to CLG Discount Store due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any reshipment fees.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Additional shipping charges may apply for order modifications requiring reshipment.
